As COO, Katie oversees Scenic’s strategic planning and day to day operations. Prior to Scenic, Katie was SVP Customer Operations at Fanatics Sportsbook, where she was part of the founding team. Katie launched and scaled customer support, payments and fraud, and responsible gaming operations. She was also the lead Executive overseeing the the successful integration of PointsBet US.
Prior to Fanatics, Katie spent more than a decade at Twitter, where she built and scaled teams from pre- to post-IPO across finance, partnerships, and operations. Whilst also at Twitter, Katie led strategy and operations in the offices of the COO, CFO and CMO.
